One apple a day…

Olá Meninas 🙂
Os benefícios da maça são inúmeros e para quem ainda não os conhece, aqui fica uma pequena pesquisa que me levou a ficar fã desta fruta e a comer pelo menos uma por dia.
Espero que vos desperte curiosidade e que comecem a comer mais maças 🙂
Ah quase me esquecia de vos dizer para não descascarem a Maça, estes benefícios estão também na casca.

-Tem antioxidantes que melhoram a capacidade respiratória;
-Tem vitaminas B,C e E que ajudam na prevenção de doenças;
-Protege a superfície dos dentes e as gengivas;
-Tem fibras que reduzem o colesterol e que controlam a glicemia;
-Devido à vitamina C, a maça equilibra o sistema nervoso;
-As vitaminas B1,B2 e B3 ajudam a evitar problemas de pele e queda de cabelo.

E para além de tudo isto, é uma fruta super barata. Do que é que estão á espera? 🙂
